Think: Education Group has reviewed and updated the policies and procedures that apply to all students as part of our Continuous Improvement Strategy. This has involved input from all colleges, campuses, many divisions, and valuable feedback from students. The new policies and procedures will apply to all continuing and new students as of the 1st January 2009. Note that any grievances or other requests submitted in 2008 will continue to be processed under the 2008 policies.
